What the forms on this domain collect, where it goes, and how to have it removed.
This page covers the public pages of webflow.pt. It is written plainly and
is meant to be read, not skimmed past.
What the contact forms collect
When you write to us through the postmaster or abuse page, four things are recorded and nothing else.
- Your address
- So we can answer you
- Your message
- The words you typed
- Your IP address
- To investigate abuse and stop automated flooding
- The timestamp
- To place the report against our own logs
Those four are composed into one email and delivered to a mailbox on our own server. Nothing is written to a database, and nothing is used to build a profile of you.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to send us, and in keeping this network from being abused.
Where it is held
The service is operated by WEBFLOW. The server itself is hosted with WebNX, Inc. in Ogden, Utah, United States, which means your message is stored outside the European Economic Area.
Access to that mailbox is limited to the operator. It is not shared with, sold to, or processed by anyone else.
Google reCAPTCHA
The forms are protected by reCAPTCHA v2, which is a Google service. Loading it means Google receives your IP address and information about your browser, under their privacy policy.
It is there because a public form with no verification becomes a spam relay within days. If you would rather not load it, say so through any other route and we will answer.
Cookies
These public pages set no cookies at all — no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind.
The customer area sets a session cookie and, if you ask it to remember you, a login cookie. Both exist only to keep you signed in.
How long it is kept
A message is kept while the matter it concerns is open, and afterwards as part of our correspondence record. Abuse reports are kept longer, because a pattern across months is often the only way a problem becomes visible at all.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write through the postmaster page and say which.
Ask from the same address you originally wrote from where you can — it is what lets us match your request to your message without demanding further identification from you.
